Policies
SCHEDULING
Lessons may be taken once a week, once every two weeks, twice a week or occasionally. I can also accommodate irregular schedules depending on my schedule and availability.
Payment: All lessons must be paid in advance. Four lessons must be purchased on or before the forth lesson of a lesson cycle.
CANCELLATION
No-fault cancellation: If you cancel your lesson one week in advance and cannot reschedule, there will be no charge for the lesson. Due to my own performance and training schedule, I occasionally may have to reschedule a lesson. If an alternate time cannot be found, there will be no charge for the lesson.
SHORT-NOTICE CANCELLATION:
If you must cancel the week of your lesson, I will make every effort to reschedule that lesson. If an alternate time cannot be found, full payment for that lesson will still be required.
When canceling on the day of your lesson, please call and leave a message on 778-838-3000. Please note, lessons canceled on the day of the lesson will be subject to that day's lesson fee. When you are ready to leave the Studio, two weeks prior notice is appreciated.
NATIONAL HOLIDAYS
Lessons will be held on national holidays unless I inform you I will not be teaching that day. You are welcome to cancel your lesson as per the cancellation policy.
PAUSING/DISCONTINUING LESSONS:
Please give me as much notice as you can if you plan to pause/discontinue lessons. Two weeks or more is greatly appreciated.
